The Seniors and Law Enforcement Together (SALT) committee wish to invite you to a free lunch and information presentation by the Executive Director of Southern Frontenac Community Services.

David Townsend will host an informational session on community services available to South Frontenac residents through Southern Frontenac Community Services.  The session will cover everything from food banks, fitness, social outings and home care.  He will also provide valuable information on services available from organizations such as Kingston Health Sciences Centre at Home (KHSC@Home), SMILE, and Home First.
