The Seniors and Law Enforcement Together (SALT) committee wish to invite you to a free lunch and presentation by Home and Community Care and the Advance Care Planning group.

Topics will include: How to get help when you or your loved ones need support living at home, how to arrange home care and access to community services, how to know if you qualify for government funded services and what to do if you don’t and the Five Steps of Advance Care Planning.

When:   Friday, March 3rd

Time:     11 A.M to 12:30 P.M.

Where: Grace Hall, Southern Frontenac Community Services

4295 Stagecoach Road, Sydenham, Ontario.

Light refreshments will be served before the presentation. A take home lunch will be provided at the end of the event.
